Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you total authority over your mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new email account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just specify the mail account you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
